How is your diet and are you drinking enough water?
How is your activity level? Are you supporting your body through physical activity?

Have you been exploring prenatal classes and spirit supportive workshops to inspire and prepare for your experience?
Second Trimester
How is your emotional well-being? How are your stress levels?
Are you connecting with other parents, your partner, a doula?
How are you preparing for labor mentally and emotionally?
Have you been supporting your physical health through exercise and nutrition?
Are you managing common pregnancy discomforts well? Do you need extra support for this?
How is your sleep hygiene? Are you getting good sleep and have you created a supportive sleeping environment?
How is your connection to your baby evolving? Have you created any rituals to bond?
Are you practicing any ways to support spiritual well-being and relaxation such as prenatal yoga or mindfulness exercises?
Are you connecting to your inner strength to help prepare for the challenge of birth?
Third Trimester
Are you experiencing any anxieties and concerns related to labor and birth? How are you supporting these feelings?
Have you begun visualizing your birth story? Did you write it out? Did you develop a birth plan? Are you feeling empowered in your choices?
How confident are you in your knowledge of the birthing process and postpartum time?
How are you supporting yourself through the physical demands of the third trimester?
Have you been participating in practices like relaxation techniques or yoga to prepare for labor?
Are you staying active and listening to your body?
How is the connection with you baby evolving? Are you feeling connected to motherhood?
Are you creating a peaceful environment for yourself and your baby, internally and externally?
Have you explored any spiritual practices that feel good to you and can support you during labor?
