Participate in a freezer meal exchange. Leave with nourishing meals ready to support recovery.
Create a custom herbal sitz bath for healing.
Blend a postpartum tea to support rest, replenishment, and milk production.
Learn practical, realistic ways to protect your postpartum cocoon- including boundaries, visitor planning, partner support and nervous system care.
Talk honestly about what those first weeks are actually like- physically, emotionally, and relationally.

What to bring:
1 meal for the freezer meal exchange portioned into servings of 2 or 4. An email will be sent before the event with expected number of participants to get an idea of how many servings to prepare.
